FAQs

Q: How much do you weigh/what is your body like?
A: I currently weigh 118 pounds and am 5'2".

Q: How much weight have you lost? 
A: From my highest weight I'm down 24 pounds. 20 pounds from my most frequent highest weight.

Q: What was your highest weight?
A: After a week of finals induced binge eating I weighed in at a glorious 142 pounds when I came home from my first semester of freshman year. However, that was rock bottom for me and my heaviest was normally 138 pounds.

Q: What is your diet?
A: I typically eat a diet low in fat and carbs. I have 3-5 small meals a day. It varies because I'm in college and my life and eating schedule can be unpredictable. My diet also tends to involve drinking my calories in the form of alcohol once-ish a week. Oops.

Q: How much do you work out?
A: I work out between 2-6 days a week. I ALWAYS give myself a rest day, but I don't always make it to the gym as much as I want. Like I said, my schedule can be unpredictable.

Q: Can you help me lose weight?
A: Unfortunately, I can't help you on an individual basis. I know what works for me, but since I'm not a dietitian or a personal trainer I don't know what works for other people. You can eat the recipes that I post and do the workouts that I post, but I can't make any promises on the kind of results that you'll see.
